Your contract for purchases made through this site is with pumpkindirect.co.uk, and you undertake that any and all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only.

You undertake that all details you provide us with for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are correct If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.

Payment

Payment can be made with all major credit cards as accepted by PayPal or personal cheque made payable to 'Pumpkin Wholesale Limited' in Sterling, drawn on a UK bank account and sent to our postal address.

Dispatch

We aim to process and dispatch all UK orders placed within 2 working days of receiving your order by first class post.

Returns & Refunds

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged, or are of a different quantity than you ordered, we shall, at our own discretion, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace damaged goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question.

You must notify us of the problem within 14 working days of delivery of the goods either by email at direct@pumpkinwholesale.com or by phone 01235 833450.

We do not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods and products.

If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that you order an item and the price published on the Site is incorrect for any reason, we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfill your order at this price. We shall be under no obligation to fulfill an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price. We shall give you the option of confirming the order at the correct price or if you so choose, to cancel the order altogether. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods we shall refund the full amount paid.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time, prior to your order being dispatched, by email to direct@pumpinwholesale.com or by telephoning 01235 833450 during normal office hours. If your order has been dispatched we will issue a refund on return of the item. We will not refund any postage costs incurred in the return of an item. Cancelled orders should be returned to: PumpkinWholesale Ltd, Grove Farms, Milton Hill Road, Abingdon, Oxon, OX14 4DP.

We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and to suspend or terminate your access to the site immediately and without notice to you if we feel you are not abiding by these terms and conditions.

We retain the right to amend these Terms.
